Complaints & Appeals

We treat all complaints and appeals with the utmost seriousness. Our process is fair, transparent and responsive.

  1. Try to resolve the issue informally by speaking directly with the person involved or your trainer.
  2. If the issue is not resolved, complete the Complaints and Appeals Form and submit it to the student services team.
  3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days and investigated thoroughly.
  4. You will receive a written outcome with reasons. If you disagree, you may appeal the decision within 20 days.

International students may escalate to the Overseas Students Ombudsman (ombudsman.gov.au). National Training Complaints Hotline: 13 38 73, ntch@education.gov.au.

Deferral, Suspension & Cancellation

Students may apply to defer or suspend their studies in certain circumstances, including compassionate or compelling grounds. Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. International students should be aware that any change to enrolment status must be reported to the Department of Home Affairs and may affect visa conditions.
